Returns and Warranties

Our goal is to supply our customers with quality products at fair prices. We stand behind all of our products with a seven (7) day return policy and a ninety (90) day hardware warranty.

General Policy Information

  • All terms begin the date your order is delivered, unless otherwise noted. Delivery dates are confirmed by carrier tracking information.
  • Coverage is established by starting a duppoty within the policy period.
  • We recommend you keep the original packaging for the duration of the warranty.
  • Data transfer/recovery is NOT a service we provide and we are not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit, replacement or repair of the product.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Why do I need to start a support ticket?

This system allows us to provide the most efficient and effective support possible by ensuring every customer receives help in a timely manner, in the order it is requested. In many cases, there are simple troubleshooting steps that can resolve the problem. It also keeps a record of all correspondence, including access to any instructions sent that need to be followed at a later time, such as return information. If you are unable to start a support ticket within the policy period, or will not be able to open the package within the policy period, call to notify us.
